We are excited to continue “Seating Communities” at MOTION 2021! Every attendee, together with either their group or family / friends they completed registration with, will be allocated into a Seating Community. With your Seating Community, you will rotate throughout the room each day for Conference Main Sessions.
THE ADVANTAGES OF SEATING COMMUNITIES:
1.Allocated Seating Sections: You will be able to sit with the group that you completed registration with for the duration of the conference, and you will know in advance what section you will be seated in. Together, with other people in your Seating Community, you will have a great opportunity to make new friends, as you will be experiencing the conference together from start to finish.
2.No Need To Rush To Save Seats: Although seats are first-come, first-serve in your Seating Community, you will always have guaranteed seats waiting for you in your assigned section. This will alleviate the need for you to fight the crowd in order to find seats. Please note: All seats do become General Admission 10 minutes before the session begins, so it is important to be on time for main sessions.
3.A Variety of Viewpoints: Each seating community will move around the North Hall on a rotation basis, giving you the opportunity to experience MOTION from different angles. Each Seating Community will be assigned a new seating section for each day.
IMPORTANT SEATING COMMUNITY INFORMATION
The seating assignment that you/your group is given is determined by the date of your registration completion and the size of your group. You will receive more details about your seating location with your admission information for MOTION 2021!
Pricing for MOTION varies depending on how many registrants you are bringing. We recommend registering together for the maximum discount available. Please note that there are several price breaks leading up to the conference, so the sooner you register, the more you save!
The registration fee covers your admission to all 3 days of the conference, 3 meals (Friday Lunch, Friday Dinner, and Saturday Lunch) during the conference, and the materials needed for the event. It does not include transportation or lodging.
Your registration fee covers your conference admission only. Please visit the lodging page for more information about local accommodations. You may want to bring additional money to purchase MOTION merchandise and we ask that you pray about contributing an amount towards this year’s MOTION Cause.
MOTION 2021 Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferrable. However, in the event that you are unable to attend the conference in-person due to COVID-19, our team would be glad to process a refund for your registration.
For your convenience, boxed meals are included in your registration fee and will be provided on-site for Lunch and Dinner on Friday, July 30 and Lunch on Saturday, July 31. Boxed meals will be delivered directly to groups in gathering spaces in order to ensure distancing between groups is possible.
Each boxed meal includes an entrée, side, dessert, and water, and the price of these meals are included with your registration fee. Past vendors include: Chick-fil-A, Newk’s Eatery, and Jim N’ Nicks
Thank you for understanding that we are unable to accommodate any food allergies or special requests in meal orders.
Additionally, there will be a variety of food options available for additional purchase at concession stands throughout the BJCC property if you desire additional meals or snacks. Prices vary.
Although there may be an opportunity to register at the door, we encourage you to register as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly for your experience since seating is limited this year. In the likely event that MOTION sells out, we cannot guarantee availability at the door.

During MOTION 2021, each attendee will automatically be part of a pod (their campus, church group or household). The MOTION team will intentionally ensure that physical distancing between groups is always possible in Main Sessions, Community Groups, and during transitions in-between spaces.
Conference attendee seating will be reserved with each group no closer than 6 feet from the nearest group.
Please note, if you plan to register more students at a later point, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to sit together or we will have seats available at that time.
No. We only need the name of the Group Leader who will check in at the conference, the total number of attendees, and their age groups.
Yes. This enables each individual to check in by name at separate times if needed.
Day and session passes are not available. We recommend that you reserve your place now by registering in full for the conference.
Yes! Every registration gives you access to all sessions of MOTION Conference.
If you paid a $20 deposit, you will receive an email with further instructions on completing your payment for MOTION. You must complete your payment by March 25, 2021.

Your wristband for MOTION will be determined by your age group- Middle School, High School, College, or Youth Leader. You must wear your wristband at all times
Yes, if your group consists of the same age-group. No, if your group consists of more than one age group. There will be no person assigned to a Community Group alone.
