Saturate is a one-day prayer and fasting retreat for all High School Students. At Saturate, students will take the day to press into the presence of God and set the tone for the rest of the year!

SATURATE 2025

Taking place right in the middle of 21 Days of Prayer, Saturate is a powerful way for you to start your year and we invite all high school students to join us!

This year, Saturate will take place at the Grants Mill Campus and will be a one-day retreat.

SAFeTY

Once students arrive to the retreat, a full fast will begin and conclude once the last session is over. No food will be provided during Saturate but we will have plenty of waters and friendly reminders to keep everyone healthy and hydrated. We will have a first responder on-site, as well as emergency supplies on hand should an issue arise.

If there is anyone with a medical condition where food is required, we ask that you connect with a leader at your campus so that we can best care for you and make sure you have a great retreat experience as well.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is available for out-of-town students. Please contact your campus student leader for more information. A detailed transportation schedule will be available soon under resources at the bottom of this page. 

Registration for transportation is located within the normal Saturate registration.

The Daphne campus will stay overnight in Birmingham on Saturday, January 18th at the conclusion of Saturate and will return to on Sunday, January 19th.
