Your Next Step
1 Timothy 4:12 tells us to “set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity.” We believe that young people can do just that! It’s our goal to see students reach their full potential in Christ by discovering their purpose and utilizing their gifts.
Ready to take your growth to the next level?
Discover your redemptive purpose and live the life God created for you. The Growth Track happens every month in three consecutive Sundays, starting with Step One on the first Sunday of the month. We invite you to jump in at any time. Find times and locations at every campus.
This is a vehicle full of opportunities for students to identify their strengths and use them to live out their faith in motion through vibrant service here, in the local church. Check out all the different areas of service. Join the Dream Team by completing the Growth Track and choosing a team at Step Three.
JV DREAM TEAM
Middle School & Junior High
You are never too young to start discovering your gifts and passions, or begin using them to impact others. By joining the JV Dream Team, you will have the incredible opportunity to serve in our Highlands Kids services each Sunday. On the team, you will be involved in creating an environment where children are exposed to the love of Jesus. With the help of a coach, you will learn how to intentionally invest in the lives of the children of our church through worship, videos, skits, small groups, greeting, games and more.
HIGH SCHOOL & COLLEGE
The 2:52 internship is not only a lot of fun, but it also includes hands-on ministry training, in-depth teachings by the Highlands staff, and growth through life-giving relationships. If you commit to a semester of 2:52, you will grow in your relationship with God like never before!

Highlands College offers a unique approach to higher education through a holistic training experience. Students attending Highlands College will be trained in four areas: Academic Instruction, Ministry Training, Character Formation, and Spiritual Development. Because of the emphasis on these four pillars of training, our students are becoming the workers Jesus prayed for in Luke 10:2.
